A wraparound farmer’s porch and gracious fireplace and garden reception rooms are inviting locations for cocktails or meeting breaks catered by The Pavilion’s full service two-level kitchen. The nearby canopied Garden Terrace with its spectacular views is ideal for casual functions or pre-dinner cocktails.

Cape Villa Conference Rooms offer the personalized service, acclaimed cuisine and exclusivity of our Four-Star, Four-Diamond resort while providing a private and efficient option for meetings or conferences. The Cape Villa facility can accommodate groups of ten to 160, depending on room configuration and your preference of seating arrangement. Complete audiovisual services are available upon request.

Chef James Hackney’s innovative approach to New England cuisine celebrates native seafood and fresh ingredients. His catered menu options are many, ranging from New England clambakes and theme buffets to cocktail receptions with hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, chef’s brunches or formal plated dinners. Any menu can be customized to suit your group’s particular tastes or needs.

A variety of private dining areas are available for functions. The Pavilion offers several options, from elegant Grand Pavilion room to its gracious fireplace and garden reception rooms and wraparound farmer’s porch. The Outer Bar and Grille with canopied deck is available spring and fall for smaller dinners or cocktail parties. Twenty-eight Atlantic’s private dining room with exposed wine rack can be rented for dinner up to 40. The canopied Garden Terrace, situated between The Pavilion and twenty-eight Atlantic, offers spectacular water views and is an ideal setting for clambakes or pre-dinner cocktails.

The European Plan allows you the freedom to truly customize your event. This plan includes deluxe accommodations and meeting space.

This package is inclusive of all of your basic meeting needs. We will provide you with menus, meeting sets and standard audio visual equipment. This package includes deluxe accommodations and meeting space.

Perfect for the planner whose group will only be meeting for a half day and taking advantage of the resort activities. This plan is also ideal for spouses of CMP participants. This plan includes deluxe accommodations, meeting space and three meals daily.
