Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and vary according to the location and particular accommodation reserved. The resort’s reservation agents will assist you in selecting your desired room type or suite. All rooms are subject to state and local occupancy tax of 9.7%. Minimum lengths of stay may be required over certain time periods and on weekends.
Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. Room reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance deposit. The deposit guarantees to both the guest and the resort the entire period reserved. Should you arrive late or depart early, you will be responsible for payment of those evenings.
A refund of the deposit will be made only if the cancellation is received at the resort 45 days or more prior to the arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee per room.
