The Pavilion
Ideal for corporate retreats, business meetings, conferences or private dinners for up to 320, the 2750-sq ft Pavilion conference and events setting was designed with versatility and discriminating tastes in mind. The Grand Pavilion is the perfect stage for an elegant reception; it can also be configured in up to five stand-alone function spaces for intimate meetings or breakout sessions.
The Cape Villa Conference Center
Cape Villa Conference Rooms offer the personalized service, acclaimed cuisine and exclusivity of our Five-Star Resort while providing a private and efficient option for meetings or conferences. The Cape Villa facility can accommodate groups of ten to 160, depending on room configuration and your preference of seating arrangement. Complete audiovisual services are available upon request.
Waterfront
Completed in the spring of 2014, this stunning new space offers one of the most intimate and beautiful waterfront settings on Cape Cod for private gatherings and resort guests and visitors. The centerpiece is a one-of-a kind, temperature-controlled tent that can accommodate a wide variety of functions, from cocktail receptions to gala dinners or traditional clambakes, all with panoramic water views. Surrounding the tent is a network of terraces, verandahs, gardens and promenades each with its own character and sense of place. A grand lawn and lush seasonal plantings roll into Pleasant Bay providing a truly exquisite setting for a memorable event celebrated on Cape Cod. The allure of this new locale is the flexibility to accommodate individual guests, small parties and grand affairs.

Wequassett can accommodate conference functions in our Eben Ryder House, Garden Terrace, Outer Bar or Sea Glass Cottage. Wequassett features both interior and exterior meeting space which can be used for all types of functions. Chef James Hackney’s innovative approach to New England cuisine celebrates native seafood and fresh ingredients. His catered menu options are many, ranging from New England clambakes and theme buffets to cocktail receptions with hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, chef’s brunches or formal plated dinners. Any menu can be customized to suit your group’s particular tastes or needs.
The resort’s conference planners and friendly staff will attend to your every whim, assisting in all aspects of planning, tailoring and organizing your meeting or conference with the perfect setting, menu and atmosphere for your specific needs.
A variety of private dining areas are available for functions. The Pavilion offers several options, from elegant Grand Pavilion room to its gracious fireplace and garden reception rooms and wraparound farmer’s porch. The Outer Bar and Grille with canopied deck is available spring and fall for smaller dinners or cocktail parties. Twenty-eight Atlantic’s private dining room with exposed wine rack can be rented for dinner up to 40. The canopied Garden Terrace, situated between The Pavilion and twenty-eight Atlantic, offers spectacular water views and is an ideal setting for clambakes or pre-dinner cocktails.
