Meet the Team

Robbie Bogard, MA, LICSWCanyon Ranch Mental Health & Wellness Therapist – Robbie is a seasoned therapist of  30 years, with specialties in trauma recovery, women’s issues, stress management, mindfulness, and relationship with food. She uses the latest research in neuroscience, attachment styles, and mind-body connection to help people better understand their patterns of behavior and make the changes they desire.

Lisa Avnet, BHSP, CHC, CHt, LMT-  Canyon Ranch Healing Energy Practitioner- Lisa is dedicated to helping guests enhance their well-being on every level. Drawing on 30 years of experience, she brings her deep understanding of human energy consciousness to address life issues. Lisa sees energy medicine as a vital link between mind and body.

Jeanne Schnackenberg, Canyon Ranch Outdoor Sports Guide & Mind Body Instructor – Jeanne guides guests at our New England wellness resort through experiences with mindful movement, meditation, and nature-based sports.

Weekend Itinerary

Friday, May 2nd

    • 5 – 6pm Welcome Reception 
    • 6 – 7:30pm Welcome Dinner
    • 8 – 9pm  – Body Wisdom & Intuition for Women:  Healing Energy – Restore your ability to be aware in the present moment and learn the process of the felt sense, a vital part of your being, and bring it into focus. Connect with your body’s wisdom, shift your body energy, and illuminate steps for change.

Saturday, May 3rd

    • 9 – 10am Empowerment Flow: Mind-Body – Start your day with an energizing yoga session designed to uplift your body, mind, and spirit.
    • 1 – 2pm Empowered Connections: Healing Energy-  As women, our natural relational focus can lead to deep connections—but also emotional exhaustion. Learn how to recognize common relational energy patterns, set healthy boundaries, and protect your well-being. This empowering session offers tools to preserve your energy, navigate challenging dynamics, and cultivate relationships that uplift you.
    • 3 – 4pm Self-Compassion is your Superpower,  Ready to create meaningful change, improve your relationships and enhance your well-being? Explore the power of self-compassion, the science behind it and how to make it part of your everyday life.
    • 8 – 9pm Yoga Nidra for Stress & Hormonal Balance,  Mind-Body – Designed for women’s mind-body health, this session helps release stress, regulate the nervous system, and restore energy through restorative yoga and guided deep relaxation. Perfect for those navigating hormonal shifts, burnout, or life transitions. 

Sunday, May 4th

    • 8 – 9am Flowing with Nature:  Outdoor Sports – Meditate by the soothing sounds of water, letting go of stress and flowing into ease and tranquility. This practice encourages release, renewal, and presence.
    • 10 – 11am Cultivating Well-being: a women’s guide to health & balance.  Discover practical, evidence-based ways to support women’s well-being at every stage of life. Explore strategies for managing stress, balancing hormones, improving sleep, and enhancing overall vitality.
    • 11 – 11:30am Closing Circle,   Come together to reflect on the weekend’s experiences and set intentions for bringing this empowerment into your life.
