Terry Walsh has been in the fitness and wellness industry since 1993, starting as a personal trainer and indoor cycling instructor, with a special focus on empowering women through strength training. A dedicated yoga teacher since 2011, she now leads international retreats, workshops, and weekly classes at Nove’ Yoga in Dennis Port, Cape Cod. Her passion lies in helping others move their bodies with purpose, embrace self-care through holistic practices—including essential oils—and cultivate emotional intelligence on and off the mat. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her swimming, cycling, running, or competing in local triathlons. Her approach blends movement, mindfulness, and lifestyle practices to inspire a vibrant, balanced life.
A long-timer in the field of yoga, Marnie Bacon is an engaging and soulful yoga and meditation instructor. She has twenty-plus years of teaching experience, professional training and development, and has been practicing and studying yoga and meditation for literally half of her life. Marnie is known for her calming voice, her articulate instruction, her humor and her modern approach to the ancient teachings of yoga. Additionally, Marnie is a singer-songwriter/recording artist and is committed to sharing her gifts through yoga, meditation and through her music.
