Overview

Fall on the Cape brings an array of fun festivals showcasing its many towns and villages and celebrating local artists, native flavors, traditions and more. We encourage you to explore our corner of the world and all it has to offer.

Here’s a taste of the fall:

September 6th – 8th – Eastham Windmill Weekend | Eastham (15-20 minute drive)

A celebration of the Eastham community with activities and events for all ages, including sand art, vehicle show, live music, food vendors, and beer and wine garden, road race and parade.

September 14th & 15th – Cranberry Arts & Music  Festival | Harwich 

Supporting the youth of the community with craft fairs, live music, food trucks, a beer garden, and fireworks!

September 20th – 22nd – Bounty of the Sea, Truro Treasures |Truro (35-40 minute drive) 

Committed to the community of Truro with artists and flea markets, grape stomp, antique car show and treasure hunt.

October 12th – 31st – Chatham Pumpkin People in the Park

Pumpkin People in the Park can be found in Kate Gould Park and the bandstand on Main Street.  The creative and innovative Pumpkin People are fashioned by local businesses, organizations or just plain folk. They are on display from October 14-31!

 October 12th & 13th  – Yarmouth Seaside Festival  | Yarmouth (25 minute drive) 

Fostering pride within the Yarmouth community,  a gala event which boasts a craft fair of more than 125 crafters from all over the country, continual musical entertainment, high‐quality children’s events, nature shows, a kayak and canoe race, pie‐eating contests, beach bonfire, road race, fireworks display, etc., to name just a few.

October 14th & 15th – Wellfleet Oysterfest | Wellfleet (30-35 minute drive) 

This two-day family festival celebrates the town’s famous oysters, clams and shell fishing traditions bringing together locals and visitors alike for a weekend full of hometown flavor and big time fun!

October 19th – Oktoberfest in Chatham

A day of kids games, live music, vendors, a pop-up Devil’s Purse Brewery beer garden, and more!
